If you received goods with serious physical damages or received different products from as requested, please contact us directly, we would investigate into the case and seek for possible solutions or action.We are not accepting any compensation request due to the scent of the incense is not suitable for you as different people have different preference on the scents. 

If you joined our class and could not attend without reasonable reason, we may not be able to arrange the refund or time reschedule. We would consider other possible solutions if we have received reasonable explanation.
